- Strict Limit: Purchases are limited to one (1) festival pass per buyer
- No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance.
- Non-Transferable: Passes are tied strictly to the buyer’s name and cannot be transferred, resold, or gifted to another person.
- Seat selection: The pass guarantees access to a centralised, sectioned area inside the Endler Hall for Festival pass holders
- Automatic Seat Allocation: Your specific seat number within this section is automatically assigned after checkout.
- Personalized Lanyards: You must collect your physical lanyard at the festival desk (SU Konservatorium) before your first concert. This lanyard will display your name and assigned seat number
- Entry Requirement: The physical lanyard must be always worn and visible, and tickets should be collected at the ticketing table before every evening concert. These are required to enter the venue.
